ICA Executive Board
The board has a diverse and rich background of employment in management, sales, finance and education. The executive director serves at the pleasure of the executive board. She brings to this position technology skills and a business background. She has a known presence in the communities having served the City of Minnetonka as a planning commissioner and as an elected official on the Minnetonka School Board.

The ICA executive board maintains its non-profit status by developing policies, plans and procedures for the staff to implement. Strategic planning, visioning and goal setting are all utilized by the executive board to complete their work. In regard to items of statutory interest the executive board: meets annual standards of the Charity Review Board, authorizes an annual outside audit by a licensed CPA firm, files a financial 990, submits an annual application to the state for maintenance of 501c3 status, and adheres to TEFAP and FEMA standards.
