At ICA, every neighbor is welcomed and supported.

ICA’s goal is to provide continuous service to our neighbors in need, even amongst the chaos happening around us. We are centralizing all of our response efforts to our K-Tel site to help manage the surge of needs in our community right now.

Here are a few of the ways we can help right now:

Emergency Bag Pick Up

Our emergency bags, comprised of protein, eggs, milk, bread, and shelf-stable items, are available during any of our open hours. No appointment necessary.

Stop by ICA’s K-Tel Location (11588 K-Tel Dr) for an emergency bag. Hours are listed below.

Bags can be picked up for any community member. If you are picking up for several families, please email ica@icafoodshelf.org 24 hours in advance and we can accommodate larger orders.

Shopping Appointment at K-Tel

Our K-Tel Market is open for regular shopping appointments. Clients should call 952.938.0729 to make their appointment.

Proxy shopping is available for anyone who needs it. ICA does not coordinate proxy shoppers but will work with community members needing proxy shoppers.

Emergency Housing and Utility Assistance

ICA is expanding our emergency housing and utility assistance programs during this time to help meet the surge in needs. Clients living in Hopkins, Minnetonka, Excelsior, Shorewood, Greenwood, Deephaven, and Woodland can apply for rental and utility assistance.
