Due to high demand, ICA is not currently accepting new applications for Rental, Utility, and Deposit Assistance at this time. Applications will be open once current applications in the pipeline are completed. Please check back regularly for updates on how we can best support you.

    • If you have already submitted a full application, you have completed eligibility screening and your request is being processed.

    • If you completed a prescreen, you still need to complete the eligibility screening with a case manager. Please return any phone calls or messages from ICA so we can continue the process.

    • We are working hard to process applications already in the pipeline.

Referrals

When a neighbor is new to our services, many don’t know what resources are available to help them. Our relationship managers discuss eligibility for programs including SNAP, energy assistance, financial counseling and other local agencies that provide assistance.
